Cranberry Chicken


This goes by other names, I think newlywed chicken or something like that, but it's darn good despite it's aliases.

Cranberry Chicken

1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
1 8oz bottle of russian dressing
4-6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Preheat oven 350 F
Mix above ingredients together and pour over chicken. Bake uncovered for 45 min to 1 hour.

  1. I do this all the time with just cranberry sauce and onion soup mix and a pork tenderloin in the crockpot. It's delicious! I've never thought to add the Russian dressing. Might try that next time.

  2. Karen, make sure to use fat free dressing...save the calories for say the cherry pie or pretzel jello ;0)
